Does my order come with tracking?

All orders receive a tracking number. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or text with tracking information.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days after you receive a shipped email. If your order hasn’t arrived yet, please wait 14 days from being shipped to contact me.

If it has been more than two weeks please email me and I will see what I can do.

My order arrived damage, what can I do?

If your order arrives damaged, please immediately email me photos of the damage.

Depending on what item is damaged I may be able to send a new one if you are willing to cover the shipping fee.
It’s situational and depends on what happened.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently I am only shipping to the United States.

If I get a high enough demand from specific countries I might be able to add shipping to my website!
